Are you an electrically qualified, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a background in manufacturing / production and looking for a stable days-based role?

We’re recruiting for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing business around the Corby area.

The Maintenance Engineer role:

·         Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment

·         Fault finding on PLC-controlled machinery (Just up to I/O level)

·         Responding quickly to breakdowns and keeping downtime to a minimum

·         Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the site

·         Working proactively to ensure the smooth running of production


The Successful Maintenance Engineer:

·         A strong engineering background within a manufacturing or production environment.
 

·         Relevant electrical engineering qualifications (Apprenticeship, HNC, City & Guilds or similar)


·         A genuinely multi-skilled approach – electrical bias with solid mechanical knowledge.


·         A Maintenance engineer who can diagnose issues within Inverters, drives and mechanical systems.

·         Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
