Are you a skilled HGV Technician looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with no weekend work? Join a reputable, well-established company based in Knowsley, where you’ll work with a supportive team and get the time you need to do the job properly.
 

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out routine servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and commercial vehicles
• Fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and ensuring all compliance standards are met
• Keeping accurate service and repair records
• Working within a clean, well-equipped workshop alongside experienced colleagues

 
The Successful HGV Technician:

• Previous experience as a HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or significant hands-on experience)
• Full UK driving licence (HGV Class 1 or 2 preferred but not essential)
• Good fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
